Use our Maturity Model to calculate the maturity of your warehouse. Answering QuestionsThe following survey can be used to assess the maturity of a distribution center. The four answers to each question represent an increasing level of sophistication. If you believe that your operation ranks in-between two answers, then you should select the lowest answer. For example, if your distribution center almost realizes answer c but not completely, then still choose answer b. Integral Warehouse ManagementThe model comes from the book "Integral Warehouse Management" by Jeroen van den Berg. In his book he makes a division between four phases of warehouse maturity: Phase 1 - Reactive: The warehouse is ill structured. Phase 2 - Effective: Processes are streamlined by more transparancy in the operation. Phase 3 - Responsive: Warehouse processes are better planned and controlled by use of intelligent IT. Phase 4 - Collaborative: The warehouse is an equal partner in the supply chain and generates more added value. Start the Warehouse Maturity Model.
