A new WMS can significantly reduce the running costs and achieve a better service to the customers. However, the implementation of a WMS can be complex. Often process improvements are limited and deadlines as well as budgets are exceeded. To avoid this, we present a checklist of ten critical success factors for project preparation and WMS-selection.
