The book "Integral Warehouse Management" gives students a profound view on the latest developments in the area of warehouse management. Warehousing is an essential link in the supply chain, a topic which may not be missed in any logistical education. The focus of the book is on warehouse management: process improvement, modern IT (warehouse management systems) and supply chain integration. The book builds up quickly from the level of a starting logistician to the knowledge level of a logistics manager.
Jeroen van den Berg Consulting offers the training program “Highly Competitive Warehouse Management”. The program helps participants to create and implement an action plan in their own distribution center. It consists of five 1-day workshops and homework exercises over a 1 year period. It is a real hands-on training. At the end of the program, participants have actually realized substantial improvements in their own operation.
